LZS1000 hot regeneration

Introduction

The asphalt hot recycling plant mixing equipment is developed by our company by absorbing advanced technologies from countries such as the United States, Italy, and Finland, and combining them with China’s national conditions. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, excellent performance, stability and reliability, advanced technology, and precise measurement. The working principle is to use regeneration technology to screen, heat, store, and measure waste asphalt materials, and then add them to a mixer according to a certain ratio to mix them evenly with raw materials, producing qualified asphalt concrete for use in the bottom and middle layers of high-grade asphalt pavement. The intermittent fixed plant mixing hot regeneration equipment consists of a recycled material supply system, a drying and regeneration drum, a heat recovery material storage bin, a heat recovery material weighing hopper, a dust removal and flue gas treatment system, and a control system.
