The HZS35 fully automatic concrete mixing plant is a complete set of concrete mixing equipment consisting of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and other parts. It is suitable for small and medium-sized construction projects, prefabrication plants and commercial concrete production plants.
The mixing host and aggregate lifting of the station adopt LTJS750 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, and the aggregate batching part adopts PLD1200 concrete batching machine, which is loaded by loader and measured by electronic scale; Cement is stored in cement silos, transported by screw conveyors, and measured by cement scales; Water is stored in water tanks and reservoirs, supplied by water pumps, and measured by water scales. After the liquid additive is stirred evenly in the additive storage tank, it is pumped into the additive scale by a corrosion-resistant pump for measurement. The entire process of batching and mixing is automatically controlled by an electronic control system (which can also be manually controlled), and the control system can store multiple different concrete ratios for users to call at any time. The station has a simple structure, easy installation and debugging, advanced system configuration, imported components for metering and control systems, and high reliability in operation
