




Vertical and horizontal stabilized soil mixer
The environmentally friendly vertical and horizontal integrated mixer is a new type of stabilized soil mixer independently developed and launched by our company based on more than 20 years of experience in the production of stabilized soil mixers and the current market situation, focusing on the concepts of energy saving and efficiency improvement, economic and environmental protection, uniform mixing, and safety without cleaning the pot. We have applied for a national patent and formulated a group standard (standard number: T/TMAC 050-2022). The scientific and technological achievements of this project have been rated as internationally advanced.
This equipment combines vertical stirring and horizontal stirring to make the materials collide and rub evenly throughout the whole process, thus improving the strength of the mixture under the same ratio.

Innovation
1. Optimize the design of the appearance structure and mixing method of the vertical mixer.
2. Develop a multi-channel spiral distributor, and the material enters the mixing drum and spreads out in an umbrella shape, so that the aggregate and powder are fully mixed and the mixing is more uniform.
3. Develop a ring spray device to ensure that the material can be evenly sprayed with water, improve the uniformity of the finished material and enhance the dust suppression function.
4. Design multi-layer arc-shaped upward blades, which are not easy to stick to the material; the material collides with the blades step by step during the falling process, so that the water, powder, coarse and fine aggregates are fully and evenly dispersed.
